Mindy Harris Becomes AHIMA ICD-10 Certified Trainer
Please join HRG as they congratulate Mindy Harris in becoming an AHIMA ICD-10 certified trainer.
Mindy Harris, Physician & Outpatient Coder Audit and Training Manager with Healthcare Resource Group has successfully completed her AHIMA approved ICD-10 Train the Trainer exam. This accomplishment means Mindy is now an approved AHIMA ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer.
Mindy Harris joined HRG in December 2013, and lives in the Spokane area. Mindy provides management to two HRG team members in her department. Mindy is also responsible for all coding training and audit activities related to professional fee coding. When asked about her accomplishment she states, “I am proud and honored to have achieved this certification through AHIMA. I have already put it to good use in educating our coding staff and creating our company’s ICD-10-CM proficiency exam”.
In addition to this new certification Mindy also holds her CCS, CPC and CPMA certifications.
