HRG is built on more than 25 years of experience in providing solutions for a wide array of revenue cycle challenges and facilities of all sizes. Throughout our history, our growth has been tied directly to providing immediate benefits to our clients, delivering long-term results and exceeding expectations.

Established in 1994, we initially provided California hospital clients with accounts receivable staffing and consulting services. Then in 2003, we expanded our services by opening the HRG OutPartnering™ Center in Spokane Valley, Washington. HRG's OutPartnering Center is equipped with remarkable people backed by superior technology, including our proprietary Helix AI™ software.

HRG has long recruited, employed, developed and retained experienced professionals dedicated to providing results. That’s one reason why in 2005, we became an employee-owned company.
