Greg West

Greg West

President

Greg started with HRG in 1999 as the Northwest Regional Manager. He returned to HRG in 2008 after a two-year absence in which he took a position as Director of Revenue Cycle at a large multi-specialty clinic in Eastern Washington.

Greg has over 24 years of healthcare management experience and has experience working for clinics, hospitals, vendors, and insurance carriers. Greg’s expertise includes revenue cycle process improvement, payer contracting, patient collections, and team building.

Greg is actively involved with HFMA, AAHAM, and MGMA and has served as a board member for both the Washington Chapter of HFMA and the Inland Empire Chapter of AAHAM.

Greg graduated from Fresno State University. Greg spends his spare time riding motorcycles, playing basketball and volleyball, hunting, fishing, and traveling with his family.


Jason Coffin

Jason Coffin

Chief Operating Officer

Jason oversees all operations of HRG providing services to hospital, clinics and specialty facilities across the United States.  These services including Central Business Office (CBO), Extended Business Office (EBO), Early Out Self Pay (EOSP), Health Information Management (HIM) and Revenue Integrity (RI).

Jason has over 25 year experience as an executive in healthcare and financial services .  His areas of expertise includes management of hospital business offices, patient collections, systems integration, process improvement, project management and relationship management. Additionally, he has implemented technology for billing and collections, insurance eligibility, patient payment portals, integrated voice response (IVR), SAAS phone systems, payment processing, work flow automation and document imaging.

Jason holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting, is a Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) and a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHCP). He often presents at industry conferences as a member of both HFMA and AAHAM. Jason is also a veteran who served two tours of duty in the United States Navy. He and his wife Jenna enjoy their hobby farm and spectating at the extracurricular activities of their four children.

Cassie Wise

Vice President, CBO and HIM divisions

What started as an after-school job at a rural hospital in the Inland Northwest would launch Cassie’s healthcare career. She joined HRG in 2009 as CBO analyst and eventually became Executive Director of CBO. Her outstanding background includes extensive experience with multiple health information systems, clearing house software and EHRs.

Cassie's divisions provide CBO and HIM services to dozens of facilities nationwide including PPS, critical access and long-term acute care hospitals, clinics and tribal health organizations. She and her team support their CBO and HIM partners with the stability and revenue cycle tools they need to focus on what’s really important: caring for their communities.

In her free time, Cassie enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She can often be found at the hockey rink watching her son, or at the lake riding dirt bikes, camping and fishing.


Brandon Hayes

Executive Director, Early out Self-pay and ebo divisions

Brandon began his career with HRG in 2009 as a patient financial representative in the self-pay department. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping others made him a natural fit. From there, he moved into to the role of Complete Business Office (CBO) analyst, where he began learning all aspects of HRG’s self-pay and billing departments. Brandon was quickly promoted into a supervisory position, giving him the opportunity to impact growth, staff development and absorb industry standards.

Ever the achiever, Brandon has earned AAHAM certifications as a Certified Revenue Cycle Professional, Certified Revenue Cycle Executive, and as a Certified Healthcare Access Associate. He works actively with his divisions to exceed industry customer service standards, provide ultimate client results and proactively adapt to changes in industry and patient communication regulations.

Brandon resides in Spokane with his wife, two children and five dogs. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, boating, watching movies and playing golf.

Laura Osborne

Executive Director, Contract management and Compliance

Laura Osborne leads several of HRG’s support departments, with responsibility for contract management, compliance and client implementations.

Her healthcare career began as a billing specialist in Alaska, where she lived for 35 years. After moving to Idaho, she joined HRG in 2009 and has held the roles of billing specialist, supervisor, and revenue cycle director before being promoted to her current position. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Laura holds specialized expertise in clinic business office functions and tribal health facilities. She has been instrumental in the development and success of HRG’s tribal health division.

Laura holds a Certification in Health Care Compliance and is a member of HCCA. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time traveling, fishing and being outdoors with her family. She also loves spoiling her three grandchildren and is thrilled to have one more on the way.
