Analyze valuable data

Helix AI™ produces a data analysis report, Analytical Insights™, which provides a deeper analysis of your AR and pinpoints areas of opportunity for improvement and increased cash.

Prioritize Accounts

Based on the analyzed data, Helix AI™ scores and prioritizes accounts by amount outstanding, time until untimely (based on payer), how long since the account has been reviewed, and accounts with any outstanding data pending review (i.e., denial or correspondence received, notes from client and/or management, etc.). This brings accounts that need attention to the forefront.

Streamline Work flow

Once the accounts are prioritized, those that require a representative's review are systematically delivered to the appropriate person. Any data available can be used as a parameter, thus accounts under a certain payer can be assigned to a subject matter expert for that payer, denials requiring an appeal can be routed to an appeals specialist, etc. This not only streamlines work flow, but also maximizes reimbursement and resolution.

COMMUNICATE IN REAL TIME

Our software allows for seamless communication between your team and ours by a multitude of avenues. Communication logs are imported from Helix AI™ to our online client portal allowing inquiries to flow between HRG and the client for real-time forwarding of information, answers on account inquiries, and client approval as needed.
