The Fit
HRG’s relationship with Columbia Memorial Hospital began in the single realization that CMH had a growing self-pay backlog and a looming system conversion from CPSI to Cerner that they did not have the staff availability to manage. This original solution quickly grew into full conversion assistance, supplemental management and AR expert staffing, coding, ICD-10 preparation and education, clinical documentation audits and physician education, prior authorization management, and more. From the original partnership in June, 2014, HRG and CMH have built a healthy partnership of trust and honest communication. CMH knows HRG has their best interest at heart and will do what it takes to help them achieve their revenue goals.
